MARTHA was born on December 2nd, 1876 in Randolph, Rich County, Utah. She died at the ranch home of son Thomas near Benson, Cochise County, Arizona on December 14th, 1958 at age 82 years 12 days and is buried in the St. David Cemetery, Cochise County, Arizona.

MARTHA’s PARENTS:

Martha's father was Charles Pears Smith, born on January 9th, 1833 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England. He died on December 19th, 1910 in St. David, Cochise County, Arizona at age 77 years 11 months 10 days and is buried in the St. David Cemetery, Cochise County, Arizona.

Martha's mother was Mary (Wilkinson) Smith, born on January 5th, 1842 in Bradford, Burkshire, England. She died on November 11th, 1928 in St. David, Cochise County, Arizona at age 86 years 10 months 6 days and is buried in the St. David Cemetery, Cochise County, Arizona..

Martha's parents were married in Salt Lake City on January 13th, 1863 and had eleven children. MARTHA was their eighth child, fourth daughter.
